Prenatal Yoga Classes
Mindful Mothers prenatal yoga classes cover a variety of useful exercises – both physical and mental – that serve the specific needs of the expectant mother. However, it is always recommended that one speaks with her doctor, midwife, or healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise routine during pregnancy.
Mindful Mothers Yoga classes encourage a sense of community and support, as well as a safe and appropriate practice for the physical body. Our yoga practice is designed with the trials of labor and childbirth in mind. We focus on breathing, meditation, appropriate yoga flow and postures, bodily rhythm, and of course, restoration after our practice.

Current Class Schedule:
Introducing Prenatal Flow Class; Sunday Afternoons, starting May 1st
2:30-3:30 PM at Corepower Yoga in Parker, CO
−This class is ideal for yoga mamas who enjoy movement in their practice. All postures are modified and safe to execute during pregnancy. Based on the principles of vinyasa yoga, this class ties breath to movement as we flow together to find space and strength in our growing bodies. Be sure to bring water to drink and comfortable clothes to practice in.
Private Lessons, or Private Group classes are also held upon request.
If you, or a a group of your expectant friends are interested in coordinating a class, please feel free to contact Jenn at Jenn@mindfulmothersyoga.com, or at (303)909-1211. This can be a wonderful activity for baby showers, girls nights, mothers groups, or simply to stretch on your own with the guidance of a qualified instructor.
